• Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging, including all inner box materials, manuals, accessories, cables, and promotional items.
  
  
• Physical Condition: Products showing signs of physical damage, liquid exposure, customer neglect, or unauthorized modifications are non-refundable.
  
  
• Factory Reset: Personal data, user accounts, passwords, and security locks must be completely removed/cleared prior to return.
  
  

• Opened Software & Consumables: Opened software, downloadable digital content, and opened consumable goods (e.g., batteries, ink cartridges) are final sale.
  
  
• Hygiene & Personal Care Items: In-ear headphones, earbuds, and personal grooming electronics cannot be returned once opened due to hygiene regulations, unless defective upon delivery.
  
  

• Dead on Arrival (DOA): Products that arrive defective or fail within the initial short window (typically 7 days) are eligible for an immediate exchange or full refund.
  
  
• Manufacturer Warranty: For issues arising after the initial return period, claims are covered under the manufacturer's standard warranty terms.
  
  

• Refund Method: Approved refunds are issued back to the original form of payment used at checkout (excluding delivery/shipping costs).
  
  
• Restocking Fees: Opened, non-defective electronics may be subject to a restocking fee (commonly 10%–15%) depending on item condition.
